Short description of the event:
Parents and home upbringing play an important role in achieving a balanced use and access to digital technology for children. A mobile phone’s function has undergone a comprehensive transformation in recent years, from a device that started as a mobile phone today it can be used for various purposes. The mobile phone has grown into a device that often serves as a personal computer, Internet access point and source of information, as a camera, as a clock, alarm, radio, as a calendar, diary, as a learning tool, as a source of news and entertainment, and even a children’s toy.
What are the positive and what are the negative consequences of such cell phone use in home upbringing? How long-term are these consequences and what are the risks of frequent use of a mobile phone in education? What is the role of parents in setting clear boundaries for cell phone use? Are there methods and tools that can equally effectively occupy a child in the long run, while the little sister is asleep, or when the parent for various reasons simply needs a half-hour break?
These are some of the questions we want to answer in the upcoming webinar.
