All Digitall Week in KNUCA: infoday

AllDigitalWeek opening day at the Kiev National University of Culture and Arts. Information about the format and tasks of AllDigitalWeek. Student gave speeches on the topic “The Influence of IT Giants on the Digital Transformation of Society”. As in all European countries, to commemorate the start of the AllDigitalWeek in KNUCA infoday was held on the 25th of March. Olena Chaikovska, Head of the Department of Computer Science and Project Manager of Erasmus + dComFra at KNUCA, told students about the Digital Week and highlighted the importance of digital skills for students of all majors. In addition, students of the Faculty of International Relations studying the subject “European Digital Competence Framework” presented their materials on the “Influence of IT giants on the digital transformation of society”. The emergence of Amazon, Netflix, Google and Apple has destroyed a number of industries and opened new markets. And this is just the beginning. Tomorrow’s challenges are globalization and competition with free products that formed due to creation of new products and constant rethinking of the needs of the customers. Thanks to modern technologies in Ukraine, successful businesses are born from simple ideas. During the discussion, students talked about the role of innovation as a unique strategic tool that can help realize the mission of each company in reality. Also, the students of the Department of Computer Science joined the event, and together with their teacher M.Tolmach, discussed the issues of safe behavior on the Internet, in particular about such a phenomenon as phishing and phishing sites, checked their phishing-recognition skills using Phishing Quiz and got the Phish-spotting ninja title.

Виступи студентів за тематикою “Вплив ІТ-гігантів на цифрову трансформацію суспільства”

Як і у всій Європі, святкувати почати з 25 березня з події «AllDigitalWeek in KNUCA: infoday». Олена Чайковська, завідувач кафедри комп’ютерних наук та менеджер проекту Erasmus+ dComFra у КНУКіМ, розповіла студентам про задачі Цифрового тижня та акцентувала увагу на важливості цифрових навичок для студентів усіх спеціальностей.
Крім цього, студенти Факультету міжнародних відносин, які вивчають дисципліну «Європейська рамка цифрової компетентності», презентували доповіді на тему «Вплив ІТ-гігантів на цифрову трансформацію суспільства». Поява Amazon, Netflix, Google та Apple знищила цілу низку індустрій та відкрила нові ринки. І це тільки початок. Завтрашні виклики – це глобалізація та конкуренція з безкоштовними товарами шляхом створення нових продуктів та постійного переосмислення потреб своїх клієнтів. Завдяки сучасним технологіям в Україні з простої ідеї народжуються успішні бізнеси. Протягом дискусії студенти обговорили роль інновацій як унікального стратегічного інструменту, який може допомогти втілити місію кожної компанії в реальність.
Також до заходу приєдналися студенти кафедри комп’ютерних наук, які разом з викладачем М. Толмач обговорили питання безпечної поведінки в мережі Інтернет, зокрема про таке явище як фішинг та фішингові сайти, перевірили навички розпізнавання фішингу з Phishing Quiz та отримали звання Phish-spotting ninja.
